About.

The PDUB is Clayton writing about women's hockey. This is a little bit about him.

Clayton grew up in Alaska playing hockey starting at 5. He took some time off while getting his Bachelors at the University of Hawai'i. When he finished, he had an internship with the Nashville Predators communications department. Then he moved to Washington, D.C. to write about Congress for Congressional Quarterly and Roll Call, before becoming Assistant Managing Editor for Data Projects at the same company. In 2018, he sold a congressional data company he had built and moved on.

After that came Charlotte, and a different beat. He wrote for the Charlotte Observer, mostly about food and the Carolina Panthers, which between them cover roughly half of what people in the Carolinas talk about on any given Sunday.

The PDUB is a place for Clayton to write about the PWHL in a way that he finds interesting.
